Built for desks full of devices
The ASRock Z890 LiveMixer WiFi is an ATX motherboard for Intel Core Ultra processors on the LGA1851 socket. Its standout is the rear panel: 14 USB ports in total, made up of two Thunderbolt 4/USB4 Type-C, two USB 3.2 Gen2 Type-A and ten USB 3.2 Gen1. That suits streamers and creators running a capture card, microphone, audio interface, webcam, controllers and external drives all at once without a hub. Four DDR5 slots take up to 256GB, and four M.2 slots leave plenty of room for fast storage.
How it compares
Against the Z890 Pro RS WiFi, the LiveMixer moves up to Wi-Fi 7 (802.11be) and adds far more rear USB, while both keep 2.5 Gbps LAN, four M.2 slots and two Thunderbolt 4/USB4 ports. If you only need a handful of USB ports and Wi-Fi 6E is enough, the Pro RS covers the same platform. Like any LGA1851 board, it will not take 12th to 14th Gen LGA1700 processors and uses DDR5 only. As a standard ATX board, check that your case supports ATX before you order. A thermistor cable is included for temperature monitoring.
