A 5.6GHz X3D processor and an RTX 5080 — 4K gaming without asking the machine to compromise anywhere.
Quick Specs
- AMD Ryzen 7 9850X3D, 8 cores / 16 threads, 4.7GHz base, up to 5.6GHz
- GeForce RTX 5080 16GB, 30Gbps
- 32GB DDR5 6000MHz (2 x 16GB)
- 1TB Gen4 NVMe SSD · 850W 80+ Bronze ATX 3.1
- 360mm AIO liquid cooler · Windows 11 Home
Where this sits
The 9850X3D pushes the 3D V-Cache design to a 5.6GHz boost — the highest clock of any processor in this collection, and it keeps the cache advantage that makes X3D chips the gaming benchmark leaders. Behind it sits an RTX 5080 with 16GB, which is a genuine 4K card: this is the first machine here specified to run current titles at 4K with ray tracing rather than settling for 1440p.
Worth weighing up
Against the VALKYRIE at R8 000 less, you gain the faster processor and a full class of graphics card, and you give up the Gen5 storage — this build uses a Gen4 drive at 7,100MB/s. The 850W supply is 80+ Bronze rather than Gold and semi-modular, which is adequate but not generous at this price. If you want the absolute top of this range, the ASUS X MIKU build above pairs the same class of card with Gen5 storage and a Gold supply.

Questions
Before you buy
What is in this PC?
It is built around a Ryzen 7 9850X3D processor, RTX 5080 16GB graphics and 32GB DDR5 of memory. The complete parts list, including the storage, power supply and case, is in the Specifications section above.
Does it arrive ready to use?
It arrives assembled and tested - you connect a monitor, keyboard and mouse and switch it on. Whether an operating system is included is shown in the Specifications and What’s in the box lists above; if it is not listed, budget for a Windows licence, which we also sell. We do not ship a monitor, keyboard or mouse with a desktop unless the listing says so.
Can I upgrade it later?
Yes - it is built from standard desktop parts, so the graphics card, memory and storage can all be changed later within the limits of the case, motherboard and power supply. If you tell us what you are planning we will check the clearance and wattage before you order.
Is it in stock, and when will it ship?
This one is out of stock at the moment. Stock does come back in - WhatsApp us on 079 491 0181 with the model and we will tell you what the supplier is showing and let you know when it lands, rather than leaving you to keep checking the page.
What does delivery cost, and how long does it take?
We deliver by courier anywhere in South Africa, and delivery is R180 on orders under R2 500 and free on orders of R2 500 or more. It takes 1-3 working days to Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban and areas within 100km of them, and 2-4 working days to areas more than 100km from a major centre, counted from the day the order is dispatched. Need it sooner? Express delivery is 1-2 working days for R210, or R150 on orders of R2 500 or more - choose it at checkout. We do not ship outside South Africa.
Can I collect instead of having it delivered?
Yes. Collection is from 11 Voortrekker Avenue, Edenvale, Gauteng, by arrangement - message us first so we can have the order picked and waiting. We are open 09:00 to 16:30, Monday to Friday.
What warranty does it carry, and how do I claim?
The warranty period for this product is listed at the end of the Specifications section above. Claims go through us, not the manufacturer - contact us with your order number and a description of the fault and we will handle it from there. Separately from any warranty, the Consumer Protection Act gives you six months from delivery to return goods that are defective, unsafe or not fit for their intended purpose.
What if I change my mind?
You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind - longer than the seven days the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act requires. The item needs to be unused and in its original packaging, and we pay the return shipping. Refunds go back to the payment method you used, within 30 days of the return reaching us.
How can I pay?
Payments are processed by Stitch. At the last step of checkout you are taken to Stitch’s secure page to pay, and brought back here once it is done. Your card details are entered on Stitch’s secure, PCI-compliant page and never touch our systems.
