A solid foundation for your next PC build
The Corsair RM850x SHIFT is a fully modular ATX power supply for builders who want a reliable base for a capable desktop. With 850 W of output, it gives you room to plan a build around a powerful processor and graphics card without worrying about the supply being the weak link. Whether you are assembling a new system or refreshing an older one, this modular power supply is designed to slot into a standard ATX chassis with its 16 x 15 x 8.6 cm body.
Tired of cable clutter spoiling your build?
Fixed cable bundles can leave you stuffing unused leads behind the motherboard tray. The full modular design of the RM850x SHIFT lets you connect only the cables your system actually needs, so routing is simpler and the inside of your case stays cleaner. That makes assembly less frustrating and later upgrades or maintenance easier to manage.
Ready for modern graphics hardware
This power supply follows the ATX 3.1 standard and includes a 12V-2×6 / PCIe Gen5 connector, so you can power compatible next-generation graphics cards with the right connection. It is a sensible choice if you are building a PC today and want your power supply to suit the current standard rather than needing to be replaced when you upgrade your graphics.
Cooling you can count on
A 140 mm fan is fitted to help move air through the unit while it supplies power to your components. At 2 kg, the RM850x SHIFT is a substantial, well-built unit that suits a serious desktop build. For South African builders putting together a gaming or workstation PC, it is a dependable component to build around.
