ASUS TUF Gaming 1000W 80 Plus Gold Fully Modular ATX Power Supply - White

A white 1000W ATX 3.1 unit with white cables in the box, which is the part most white builds get wrong.

Quick Specs

• 1000W continuous output, 80 Plus Gold certified
• White chassis finish for white-themed builds
• ATX 3.1 with a PCIe Gen 5.1 16-pin (12V-2x6) cable terminated at both ends
• 0dB fan mode enabled by default
• 150 x 150 x 86 mm, 2.48 kg, 10-year warranty

Why the white one costs more

Electrically this is the same platform as the black TUF Gaming 1000G: same 80 Plus Gold rating, same ATX 3.1 validation, same connector layout. The premium buys the white housing and the matching white cable set, and white PSUs are produced in far smaller volumes than black ones. If your build is going into a white case with a white motherboard and white GPU, this is the unit that finishes the look, because a black PSU shroud and black 16-pin cable are exactly the details that ruin a white build behind a glass panel. If the case is black, buy the black one and keep the difference.

Same engineering underneath

The 150mm standard ATX depth means it fits mid-towers that will not take a 190mm ROG unit. 0dB fan mode is on by default, so under desktop and light gaming load the fan is stationary and the only thing you hear is your case fans. Four 8-pin PCIe leads sit behind the native 16-pin, with five SATA and four peripheral connectors, and the modular design keeps whatever you do not use out of the chassis.

Why ASUS?

ASUS is one of the few brands that ships a genuine white power supply with matching cables rather than a white box full of black leads. It carries the same 10-year warranty as the black version.
