The Blazar is a unidirectional cardioid condenser, meaning it listens forward and rolls off what is behind it. For a desk setup where the PC fans sit to one side and a keyboard clatters beneath, that pattern does most of the noise rejection work on its own — no software gate needed. The 16mm capsule covers the full 20Hz–20kHz range, so the low end of a speaking voice stays present instead of thinning out the way it does on smaller capsules.
