Serious capacity for heavy laptop workloads
The Hiker 32GB is for people who push a DDR5 laptop hard: virtual machines, large datasets, video editing or dozens of browser tabs alongside work apps. One 32GB stick suits laptops with a single accessible slot; in a two-slot laptop, a pair can reach 64GB if the laptop supports it. Check the maximum memory in your laptop's specifications, because some models cap each slot at 16GB. In a laptop rated for 4800MHz it runs at 4800MHz. For ordinary office work, 16GB is plenty.
Check your laptop first
This is a 262-pin DDR5 SO-DIMM, so it only fits laptops with a DDR5 SO-DIMM slot. It will not go into a desktop motherboard, and it cannot replace DDR4, DDR3 or DDR3L memory, because each generation is keyed differently. Many thin-and-light laptops have their memory soldered to the board with no free slot, so check your model's manual or open the base panel before ordering. Also check the laptop's maximum supported memory speed: if it is lower than 5600MHz, the module simply runs at the slower speed, and a mixed pair runs at the slower module's settings.
