- 5200MT/s at CL40, 1.25V
- Intel XMP profile
- Low-profile aluminium heatspreader
- Black, no lighting
An entry DDR5 module for Intel builds
This is a single 8GB DDR5 module aimed at Intel 600 and 700 series boards, which is what Corsair lists for compatibility. It runs at the JEDEC default of 4800MHz CL40 and moves to 5200MT/s when you enable the Intel XMP profile, at a modest 1.25V. It suits office machines, budget builds and anyone filling a second slot next to an identical stick. It carries an Intel XMP profile only, with no AMD EXPO profile, so on an AM5 board you may need to set the speed manually. DDR5 only; it won't fit DDR4 boards.
8GB is the minimum, not the target
Be honest about what 8GB gets you in 2026: fine for office work, browsing and light games, but tight for modern titles with a browser open. Two of these in dual channel (16GB total) is the realistic starting point for a gaming PC, and 2 x 16GB is better. The low heatspreader clears big air coolers. There's no RGB on this model.
FEATURES:
- Compact, low-clearance form factor for most DDR5 builds
- Intel XMP profile for one-setting overclocks
- Onboard voltage regulation, controllable through iCUE
- Hand-sorted, screened memory chips
- Aluminium heatspreader on a high-performance PCB
