6000MHz is where DDR5 gaming performance lands for most builders. On AM5 it is the speed Ryzen's memory controller runs at a 1:1 ratio with the infinity fabric, which is where the platform is fastest; on Intel it is a well-supported step above the JEDEC baseline that most boards handle without argument. Viper Elite 5 Ultra wraps that in a low-profile black heat spreader with a diffused addressable RGB bar that syncs with ASUS Aura, MSI Mystic Light, Gigabyte RGB Fusion and ASRock Polychrome, so the lighting matches the rest of the build rather than fighting it.

The honest caveat

This is one module. A gaming PC running a single DDR5 stick operates in single channel and gives up a large slice of memory bandwidth, which shows up directly in average framerates and more sharply in 1% lows. If you are building from scratch, buy the 2x16GB kit instead; a factory-matched pair is validated to run together at the rated speed, and two loose sticks are not. This module makes sense when you already own an identical one, or when you are deliberately buying one now and one later. Also note that 16GB total is the floor for modern titles, not a comfortable amount.
