A workstation-class 360mm AIO made only for AMD Threadripper sTR5 and EPYC SP6 – it will not fit AM5 or any Intel socket.
Quick Specs
- For AMD Socket sTR5 / SP6 only
- Large nickel-plated micro-channel copper cold plate
- Pump built into the radiator, 4000 RPM three-phase motor
- Three 120mm PWM fans, 600–2800 RPM, 87.72 CFM
- 360mm aluminium radiator, 394 x 120 x 28mm
Built for Threadripper
The XE360-TR5 exists to cool AMD's biggest processors: Threadripper chips on socket sTR5 and EPYC chips on SP6. Their huge heat spreaders need a cold plate to match, so SilverStone uses a large nickel-plated copper base with a micro-channel structure. The pump sits inside the radiator rather than on the block, driven by a three-phase six-pole motor at 4000 RPM, which keeps the water block a slim 25mm high. Three 2800 RPM fans pushing 87.72 CFM each move serious air through the 360mm radiator for sustained workstation loads.
Read This Before Ordering
This cooler does not fit desktop sockets – it is for sTR5 and SP6 only. It is also loud at full speed: SilverStone rates the fans at 46 dBA, which is normal for workstation coolers but noticeable at a desk. The pump has a 3-pin connector, and SilverStone recommends a header that supplies a stable 12V, with PWM/DC control disabled or set to full speed in the BIOS. Mounting uses a Torx T20 bit. There is no RGB. Confirm your case has a 360mm mount for a 28mm-thick radiator plus fans.
FEATURES:
- Nickel-plated copper cold plate sized for sTR5/SP6 heat spreaders
- Micro-channel copper base
- Pump integrated into the radiator with three-phase six-pole motor
- Reinforced aluminium alloy pump cavity
- Three 120mm fans tuned for radiator cooling

Questions
Before you buy
Will this radiator fit my case?
It is a 360mm radiator. Your case needs a mounting position that takes that size - usually the front or the top - with enough clearance behind it for the fans and the radiator thickness. Every case we sell lists its supported radiator sizes under Specifications.
Does it fit my processor?
The brackets in the box cover sTR5, SP6. If your socket is on that list, everything needed to mount it is included.
Is it in stock, and when will it ship?
This one is out of stock at the moment. Stock does come back in - WhatsApp us on 079 491 0181 with the model and we will tell you what the supplier is showing and let you know when it lands, rather than leaving you to keep checking the page.
What does delivery cost, and how long does it take?
We deliver by courier anywhere in South Africa, and delivery is R180 on orders under R2 500 and free on orders of R2 500 or more. It takes 1-3 working days to Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban and areas within 100km of them, and 2-4 working days to areas more than 100km from a major centre, counted from the day the order is dispatched. Need it sooner? Express delivery is 1-2 working days for R210, or R150 on orders of R2 500 or more - choose it at checkout. We do not ship outside South Africa.
Can I collect instead of having it delivered?
Yes. Collection is from 11 Voortrekker Avenue, Edenvale, Gauteng, by arrangement - message us first so we can have the order picked and waiting. We are open 09:00 to 16:30, Monday to Friday.
What warranty does it carry, and how do I claim?
The warranty period for this product is listed at the end of the Specifications section above. Claims go through us, not the manufacturer - contact us with your order number and a description of the fault and we will handle it from there. Separately from any warranty, the Consumer Protection Act gives you six months from delivery to return goods that are defective, unsafe or not fit for their intended purpose.
What if I change my mind?
You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind - longer than the seven days the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act requires. The item needs to be unused and in its original packaging, and we pay the return shipping. Refunds go back to the payment method you used, within 30 days of the return reaching us.
How can I pay?
Payments are processed by Stitch. At the last step of checkout you are taken to Stitch’s secure page to pay, and brought back here once it is done. Your card details are entered on Stitch’s secure, PCI-compliant page and never touch our systems.
