The practical colour
Black shows dust and lint; white and pastel show hand marks. Mid grey hides both better than either, which makes it the sensible everyday choice and the one that looks least out of place on a desk shared between work and gaming. Construction is identical to the rest of the Keychron mat range: the same micro-weave surface, flat-stitched edges and natural rubber base.
Controlled rather than fast
The proprietary micro-weave gives a finer, slightly more controlled glide than the fast silk-processed surfaces on the Redragon mats — you stop where you aim rather than skating past. That suits precision work and low-sensitivity play; if you want maximum speed, the Redragon Xeon XL is the faster option at R249. The fabrics resist wrinkling and shrinking so the mat stays flat over time, and 900 x 400mm covers a full-size keyboard and mouse. Also available in black, purple and pink.
