Simple to wire, simple to live with
The NAUTILUS 240 RS ARGB is Corsair's plain-sailing AIO. The pump and fans plug directly into your motherboard: the RS120 ARGB fans daisy-chain to a single 4-pin PWM header, and the lighting runs off a standard ARGB header, so you can control it from BIOS or your board vendor's software. The pump is rated at 20 dBA and the slightly convex copper cold plate comes with thermal paste pre-applied. It's a good fit for a mid-range Core i5/i7 or Ryzen 5/7 build in a white case where you want lighting without another app.
What you give up for the price
There's no LCD and no iCUE LINK. If you want iCUE control, Corsair says you'll need a COMMANDER CORE XT, sold separately. Socket support is current-generation only: LGA1851, LGA1700, AM5 and AM4, so older Intel boards are out. A 240mm radiator suits most mainstream CPUs, but heavily loaded Core i9 or Ryzen 9 chips are better served by a 360mm unit. Check your case lists 240mm radiator support and that top-mounted fans clear your RAM. At full speed the fans are rated at 36 dBA.
