A budget wireless mouse that rarely needs a battery
The M55 WIRELESS is a compact, symmetrical mouse designed to suit most hand sizes and grip styles. Its standout is battery life: a single AA lasts up to 185 hours over 2.4GHz SLIPSTREAM WIRELESS v1.5, which Corsair says is up to 25% faster than earlier SLIPSTREAM, and over 400 hours on Bluetooth. A toggle switches between the two, so it works on a gaming PC and a tablet or laptop. Tri-hex textured side grips help control, 100% PTFE feet glide smoothly, and the receiver stores inside the mouse. It's a good everyday and casual gaming mouse at a low price.
The trade-offs
At 85g with the battery fitted it isn't an ultralight; the 59g figure is without the AA. Corsair doesn't list a polling rate on the product page, and there's no RGB lighting mentioned, so competitive FPS players chasing the lowest weight and highest polling should look at the KATAR ELITE Wireless. Using AA cells means no built-in battery to wear out, but you'll need spares or rechargeables. There's one onboard profile, with fuller customisation in iCUE.

Can I collect instead of having it delivered?
Yes. Collection is from 11 Voortrekker Avenue, Edenvale, Gauteng, by arrangement - message us first so we can have the order picked and waiting. We are open 09:00 to 16:30, Monday to Friday.
What warranty does it carry, and how do I claim?
The warranty period for this product is listed at the end of the Specifications section above. Claims go through us, not the manufacturer - contact us with your order number and a description of the fault and we will handle it from there. Separately from any warranty, the Consumer Protection Act gives you six months from delivery to return goods that are defective, unsafe or not fit for their intended purpose.
What if I change my mind?
You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind - longer than the seven days the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act requires. The item needs to be unused and in its original packaging, and we pay the return shipping. Refunds go back to the payment method you used, within 30 days of the return reaching us.
