MSI GeForce RTX 3050 VENTUS 2X E 6G OC Graphics Card

70W, no power connector, 189mm — ray tracing for an office PC

Quick Specs

• NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 GPU with 2304 CUDA cores.
• 6GB GDDR6 memory at 14 Gbps on a 96-bit bus.
• Boost clock of 1492 MHz.
• 189 x 109 x 42 mm — very compact.
• 300W PSU, 70W board power.

The upgrade that asks nothing of the system

At 70W board power and a 300W PSU recommendation, this card slots into office towers and prebuilt machines that were never specified for a discrete GPU — no power supply upgrade, no cable to find, and at 189mm it fits chassis that will not take anything longer. That combination is the whole point of the E variant.

Real ray tracing at the bottom of the stack

2304 CUDA cores with dedicated RT cores and Tensor cores means DLSS and hardware ray tracing are available, which is what separates this from an equivalently priced older card. Two HDMI 2.1 outputs supporting 4K at 120Hz plus a DisplayPort 1.4a cover three displays.

FEATURES:

• 70W board power — no supplementary power connector needed.
• 189 x 109 mm — fits office towers and small prebuilt chassis.
• Dedicated RT and Tensor cores for ray tracing and DLSS.
• Two HDMI 2.1 outputs supporting 4K at 120Hz.
• NVENC hardware encoding for streaming and video work.
