The only monitor here with a 3000:1 VA panel and a VGA port, which tells you exactly what it is for.
Quick Specs
- 21.45" (22" class) 1920 x 1080 VA panel
- 75Hz over HDMI
- 6ms response time
- 250 nits, 3000:1 contrast
- HDMI 1.4 and VGA inputs
The contrast is the surprise
Almost every panel at this price runs 1000:1 contrast. This one is rated 3000:1, which is a VA characteristic and means dark content on the screen looks dark rather than washed-out grey. For watching anything in a dimly lit room, that single figure does more for the picture than a higher refresh rate would. The cost is VA's usual weakness: move off to the side and colours shift and the corners dim. On a 21.45-inch screen you are sitting centred anyway, so it is a trade that lands well at this size.
Who this is genuinely for
Reception desks, point of sale, a second screen for email, a school or home PC, and any machine still on an old graphics card, because the VGA input means you do not have to buy an adapter. It is not a gaming monitor: 75Hz and 6ms are fine for scrolling and video and are not fine for anything competitive, and there is no DisplayPort. It also lacks the DP input that the A24i and A27i have, so if you plan to chain it to a modern dock, look one model up instead.
FEATURES:
- VA panel rated 3000:1 contrast, three times the class norm
- VGA input for older machines with no digital output
- HDMI 1.4 input for anything current
- 75Hz refresh, smoother than a basic 60Hz office panel
- TÜV Low Blue Light certified for long working days

Why Xiaomi?
Xiaomi spent the budget on a high-contrast panel instead of a spec-sheet refresh rate, which is the right call for a screen that mostly shows documents and video. Local stock is carried by Syntech and backed by a 2 year warranty.
