The 2.4GHz nano receiver tucks into a USB port and stays there, giving you a clean desk without Bluetooth pairing rituals. The trade-off is honest: a 500Hz polling rate rather than the 1000Hz of the wired mice in this range, which competitive shooter players will notice and nobody else will. For strategy games, MMOs, general desktop work and casual play it is smooth and entirely adequate.
Buttons where a budget mouse usually cuts corners
Seven programmable buttons is generous here — two thumb macros put grenade, push-to-talk or a rotation key within reach, and the Redragon Pro driver lets you bind all seven. The PAW3104 is a named Pixart sensor rather than an anonymous optical, so tracking holds up across mousepads and desk surfaces. Two things to plan for: the battery is not included, so add a decent AA to your order, and the ECO sleep mode means a brief wake-up delay after the mouse has been idle. Neither matters much in practice, but both are worth knowing before you buy.
