Why 120Hz matters on a work monitor
Refresh rate is usually sold as a gaming feature, but the thing you notice first at 120Hz is the mouse cursor and the scroll. Text moving up a page at 120Hz stays readable instead of blurring into a smear, and dragging a window feels attached to your hand rather than trailing behind it. Once you have used it for a week, a 60Hz screen feels sticky. IPS at 25 inches, and who should look elsewhere
IPS is the right panel type for shared desks and open-plan offices because the picture holds its colour and brightness when someone leans in from the side, which VA panels do not manage as well. Full HD across 25 inches keeps text reasonably crisp at normal desk distance. Skip this one if you need a colour-accurate screen for print or photo work, if you want more desktop space than a single 1080p sheet, or if you are buying for gaming, where the MAG 255F E20 gives you a faster panel for a few hundred rand more.

Before you buy
What do I need to run it at its full refresh rate?
To reach 120Hz at 1920 x 1080 you need a graphics card able to output that mode, a cable that supports it, and the refresh rate selected in Windows display settings - monitors often default to 60Hz out of the box. The ports on this panel are listed under Specifications above.
What sort of panel is it?
It is IPS with a 1ms response time. Panel type is the main thing that decides how a monitor looks off-centre and how it handles colour and contrast, so it is worth weighing against refresh rate rather than choosing on the headline number alone.
Can I wall-mount it or put it on an arm?
This is a 25.0 inch panel. Whether it takes a VESA mount, and at which spacing, is listed under Specifications - if a VESA size is shown there, any arm or bracket rated for that pattern and the monitor’s weight will fit. If you are not sure, send us the model of your arm and we will check.

Can I collect instead of having it delivered?
Yes. Collection is from 11 Voortrekker Avenue, Edenvale, Gauteng, by arrangement - message us first so we can have the order picked and waiting. We are open 09:00 to 16:30, Monday to Friday.
What warranty does it carry, and how do I claim?
The warranty period for this product is listed at the end of the Specifications section above. Claims go through us, not the manufacturer - contact us with your order number and a description of the fault and we will handle it from there. Separately from any warranty, the Consumer Protection Act gives you six months from delivery to return goods that are defective, unsafe or not fit for their intended purpose.
What if I change my mind?
You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind - longer than the seven days the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act requires. The item needs to be unused and in its original packaging, and we pay the return shipping. Refunds go back to the payment method you used, within 30 days of the return reaching us.
How can I pay?
