Extra Reach for Low-Voltage Devices
Many small devices run from 12V DC through a 5521 barrel plug, and the lead that comes with them is often too short. The Gizzu DC 12V extension cable adds 1.2m between the power source and the device, so a router can sit on a high shelf for better Wi-Fi while the mini UPS stays near the wall socket, or a CCTV camera or range extender can be placed where it is needed. It is plug-and-play: the female end takes your existing DC plug and the male end goes into the device. It suits home networks, small offices and anyone tidying up a cluttered power setup.
Check Your Plug Before Ordering
This is an extension, not a converter. It does not change voltage and does not supply power by itself, so you still need a working DC adapter or mini UPS on the input side. Both ends use DC 5521 connectors, which are common on routers, mini UPS units and CCTV gear, but some devices use different barrel sizes, so confirm that your adapter and device both use 5521 plugs before ordering. If you only need to bridge a gap of a few centimetres, a shorter cable will be neater. If you need more reach than 1.2m, look for a longer DC extension rather than joining several together.
