Compact Tower, Full RAM Clearance
The NP5-B is FSP's all-black single-tower cooler for mainstream gaming builds. Its heatsink is only 48mm thick and the whole cooler 94mm deep, so it stays clear of tall memory modules on most boards. FSP rates it for 200W, which covers Ryzen 5/7 and Core i5/Ultra 5 processors comfortably and gives headroom for short boosts on stronger chips. Its four heat pipes use FSP's anti-gravity design, which the company says performs best with the motherboard mounted vertically – as it is in a standard tower case.
Quiet, Not Flashy
The 120mm fan tops out at 1600 RPM and is rated at 28 dBA, so the NP5-B favours low noise over maximum airflow. There is no lighting at all, which suits stealth builds but not RGB showpieces. At 151mm tall it fits most mid-tower cases; check your chassis cooler limit if you use a slim case. FSP lists LGA1954 support (using the same mounting as LGA1700), so you can carry it forward to Intel's next socket. For sustained all-core loads on 16-core chips, a dual tower or 360mm AIO is the better buy.

Before you buy
Will it fit in my case?
It stands 151mm tall, measured from the motherboard. Compare that against the maximum cooler height for your case, which is listed on the Specifications tab of every case we sell. Tall memory modules can also foul a wide cooler - check the cooler’s manual if your RAM has a large heatspreader.
Does it fit my processor?
The mounting hardware in the box covers AM4, AM5, LGA1200, LGA1700, LGA1851, LGA1954. If your socket is on that list the bracket you need is included - there is nothing extra to buy.
Is it in stock, and when will it ship?
This one is out of stock at the moment. Stock does come back in - WhatsApp us on 079 491 0181 with the model and we will tell you what the supplier is showing and let you know when it lands, rather than leaving you to keep checking the page.
What does delivery cost, and how long does it take?
We deliver by courier anywhere in South Africa, and delivery is R180 on orders under R2 500 and free on orders of R2 500 or more. It takes 1-3 working days to Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban and areas within 100km of them, and 2-4 working days to areas more than 100km from a major centre, counted from the day the order is dispatched. Need it sooner? Express delivery is 1-2 working days for R210, or R150 on orders of R2 500 or more - choose it at checkout. We do not ship outside South Africa.
Can I collect instead of having it delivered?
Yes. Collection is from 11 Voortrekker Avenue, Edenvale, Gauteng, by arrangement - message us first so we can have the order picked and waiting. We are open 09:00 to 16:30, Monday to Friday.
What warranty does it carry, and how do I claim?
The warranty period for this product is listed at the end of the Specifications section above. Claims go through us, not the manufacturer - contact us with your order number and a description of the fault and we will handle it from there. Separately from any warranty, the Consumer Protection Act gives you six months from delivery to return goods that are defective, unsafe or not fit for their intended purpose.
What if I change my mind?
You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind - longer than the seven days the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act requires. The item needs to be unused and in its original packaging, and we pay the return shipping. Refunds go back to the payment method you used, within 30 days of the return reaching us.
