Where it sits between ProArt and ROG
Most colour-accurate 27" panels stop at 60Hz, and most 144Hz panels are tuned for punch rather than accuracy. This one does both: factory calibration with Delta E under 2 and 97% DCI-P3 coverage for grading and photo work, then 144Hz when you close the timeline and open a game. It is still a 5ms IPS panel, not an OLED, so fast motion shows more smear than a ROG screen at the same refresh rate. Competitive shooter players should buy a gaming panel. Editors who game on weekends should buy this.
1440p at 27 inches, and the docking question
109 PPI is the sweet spot for a 27" desktop: no scaling required, text stays sharp, and a 1440p timeline or Lightroom grid fits without squinting. The USB-C input carries video and 96W of charging, which covers most 14" and 16" laptops under load. That only matters if you dock. If the monitor will sit on a desktop tower permanently, the two DisplayPort 1.4 inputs and HDMI 2.1 are what you will actually use, and the DisplayHDR 400 certification is a light HDR tier rather than a true high dynamic range experience.

Before you buy
What do I need to run it at its full refresh rate?
To reach 144Hz at 2560 x 1440 you need a graphics card able to output that mode, a cable that supports it, and the refresh rate selected in Windows display settings - monitors often default to 60Hz out of the box. The ports on this panel are listed under Specifications above.
What sort of panel is it?
It is IPS with a 5ms response time. Panel type is the main thing that decides how a monitor looks off-centre and how it handles colour and contrast, so it is worth weighing against refresh rate rather than choosing on the headline number alone.
Can I wall-mount it or put it on an arm?
This is a 27.0 inch panel. Whether it takes a VESA mount, and at which spacing, is listed under Specifications - if a VESA size is shown there, any arm or bracket rated for that pattern and the monitor’s weight will fit. If you are not sure, send us the model of your arm and we will check.
Is it in stock, and when will it ship?

Need it sooner? Express delivery is 1-2 working days for R210, or R150 on orders of R2 500 or more - choose it at checkout. We do not ship outside South Africa.
Can I collect instead of having it delivered?
Yes. Collection is from 11 Voortrekker Avenue, Edenvale, Gauteng, by arrangement - message us first so we can have the order picked and waiting. We are open 09:00 to 16:30, Monday to Friday.
What warranty does it carry, and how do I claim?
The warranty period for this product is listed at the end of the Specifications section above. Claims go through us, not the manufacturer - contact us with your order number and a description of the fault and we will handle it from there. Separately from any warranty, the Consumer Protection Act gives you six months from delivery to return goods that are defective, unsafe or not fit for their intended purpose.
What if I change my mind?
You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind - longer than the seven days the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act requires. The item needs to be unused and in its original packaging, and we pay the return shipping. Refunds go back to the payment method you used, within 30 days of the return reaching us.
