A compact 208mm RTX 5060 with a 2550 MHz boost, for 1080p builds
Quick Specs
- NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 with 3840 CUDA cores, boosting to 2550 MHz.
- 8GB GDDR7 at 28 Gbps on a 128-bit bus.
- 208 x 120 x 40 mm compact card.
- 550W recommended PSU, one 8-pin power connector.
- 3 x DisplayPort 2.1b and 1 x HDMI 2.1b.
Compact 1080p card
The EAGLE OC is a compact RTX 5060 at 208mm long and 40mm thick, a good match for micro-ATX and smaller mid-tower cases. It runs a 2550 MHz boost, a little above the WINDFORCE OC's 2512 MHz, and plays current games well at 1080p with DLSS 4 support. It needs one 8-pin connector and GIGABYTE recommends a 550W PSU, so it suits budget builds and upgrades from older GTX cards. Gamers targeting 1440p should look at the RTX 5060 Ti 16GB or RTX 5070.
EAGLE, WINDFORCE or GAMING OC?
All three use the same RTX 5060 GPU and 8GB memory, so gaming performance is very close. The WINDFORCE OC is the smallest and simplest at 199mm. The EAGLE OC sits in between with a slightly higher clock. The 281mm GAMING OC adds dual BIOS, RGB and a bigger cooler that should run quieter. Pick the EAGLE if you want a short card with a modest clock bump, and remember that 8GB may need texture settings lowered in some new titles.
FEATURES:
- WINDFORCE cooling with Hawk fans, whose eagle-wing blade shape raises airflow and pressure.
- 3D Active Fan semi-passive mode keeps the fans off at low load and in light games.
- Server-grade thermal conductive gel cools the VRAM and MOSFETs and does not deform like pads.
- Copper plate and composite copper heat pipes carry heat from the GPU and VRAM to the heatsink.
- Reinforced structure: the backplate's bent edge is fastened to the I/O bracket to resist sag.
