You set how far a key must move before it registers: shallow for a shooter where the first input wins, deeper for typing where you want to rest your fingers without triggering keys. Because the switches are magnetic and sense position continuously, that setting is a real measurement rather than an approximation.

Report rate that actually matters here

8000Hz means the keyboard tells the PC its state 8,000 times a second, putting worst-case input latency at 0.125ms against roughly 1ms for a standard 1000Hz board. On its own that is a small number; combined with a shallow custom actuation point it compounds into a noticeably more immediate feel in fast titles. Hot-swap sockets let you change switch feel later, and the 60% layout plus the included carry strap make it a practical board to take to a LAN. Note the switches are magnetic — ordinary mechanical switches are not a drop-in replacement.

FEATURES:

Custom magnetic switches with 0.01mm actuation travel adjustment

8000Hz maximum report rate for 0.125ms latency

Per-key programmable RGB backlighting

Hot-swappable switch sockets, no soldering

Compact 60% layout with branded portable strap

SPECIFICATIONS:

Model: Redragon K617 Fizz Magnetic+

Switches: Redragon custom linear magnetic, hot-swappable

Travel Adjustment: 0.01mm increments

Report Rate: Up to 8000Hz

Latency: 0.125ms

Layout: 61 keys, 60%

Connectivity: Wired

Lighting: Per-key programmable RGB

Colour: Gradient grey and black

Warranty: 18 Months

WHAT'S IN THE BOX:

Redragon K617 Fizz Magnetic+ Keyboard x1

USB Type-C cable x1

Branded portable strap x1

Keycap and switch puller x1

User manual x1

Why Redragon?

An 8000Hz magnetic board from most brands starts at three times this price; Redragon publishes the latency figure rather than hiding behind adjectives.
