The legends are double-shot, meaning they are a second layer of plastic moulded through the cap, so they will never rub off, and PBT resists the shiny wear that ABS caps get. Black on White is the high-contrast, clean look: white caps with crisp black legends, easy to read in any light. White keycaps do show dust and fingerprints more than dark sets, so expect the occasional wipe.

Before you buy: layout and fit

This is an ANSI set only, so it will not cover the larger Enter and split left Shift on an ISO (UK-style) keyboard. The 141 keys cover Keychron's ANSI layouts from 60% up to full size, but Menu, Scroll Lock and Pause Break caps are not included. Stems are MX-style and Keychron rates the set for normal-profile MX switches only, so it does not fit low-profile boards. The legends are double-shot but solid, which means RGB backlighting will not shine through them. Keychron also notes that a few stems may be deliberately chipped during moulding; they still sit firmly.

FEATURES:

Double-shot PBT legends that will not wear off

OSA profile: rounded, spherical tops at a medium height

141 keys to cover ANSI layouts from 60% to full size

1.3 mm walls for a solid, low-rattle sound

MX-style stems for normal-profile mechanical switches

SPECIFICATIONS:

Model: Keychron PBT-57

Colourway: Black on White

Profile: OSA

Material: Double-shot PBT

Thickness: 1.3 mm

Stem: MX-style

Number of Keys: 141 (Menu, Scroll Lock and Pause Break not included)

Layout: ANSI

Legends: Double-shot, backlight does not shine through

Switch Compatibility: Normal-profile MX-style switches

Compatible Keyboards: ANSI-layout Keychron Q, Q Max (excl.
