The Hydro PTM Pro makes sense when the load is genuinely large: a 350W-plus flagship GPU alongside a high core-count CPU, or a workstation with a stack of drives. That is where the three 4+4 pin CPU connectors and fourteen SATA leads stop being overkill and start being the reason you bought it.

Platinum efficiency and a quiet 135mm fan

80 PLUS Platinum means ≥92% efficiency at typical load, so at the same wall draw you get more usable DC power and less waste heat dumped into the case. With Eskom tariffs where they are, the gap over a Bronze unit adds up over a few years of heavy use. The 135mm fluid dynamic bearing fan runs its 0dBA mode under 30% load, which covers desktop and light gaming use entirely. Full protection set is OCP, OVP, SCP, OPP, OTP and UVP.

FEATURES:

ATX 3.0 compliant with native PCIe Gen 5 12VHPWR cable

80 PLUS Platinum efficiency

Three 4+4 pin CPU connectors for HEDT and workstation boards

135mm FDB fan with 0dBA silent mode

Fully modular flat black ribbon cabling

SPECIFICATIONS:

Model: HPT2-1200M, Gen5

Rated output: 1200W

Form factor: ATX

Efficiency: 80 PLUS Platinum, ≥92% at typical load

Standards: ATX 3.0, PCIe Gen 5, ATX12V V3.0 and EPS12V V2.92

Cabling: fully modular

Input: 100-240Vac, 14-9A, 50-60Hz

Outputs: +3.3V, +5V, +12V, -12V, +5Vsb

Fan: 135mm FDB with 0dBA function

Dimensions: 150 x 190 x 86mm

Connectors: 1x ATX 20+4 pin, 3x 4+4 pin CPU, 1x 12VHPWR, 6x PCIe 6+2 pin, 14x SATA, 5x Molex, 1x Floppy

Protections: OCP, OVP, SCP, OPP, OTP, UVP

Warranty: 10 Year

WHAT'S IN THE BOX:

FSP Hydro PTM Pro 1200W power supply

Modular cable set including 12VHPWR cable

AC power cable

Mounting screws

User manual

Why FSP?

FSP designs and manufactures its own platforms rather than rebadging someone else's, and the Hydro PTM Pro is its Platinum flagship.
