Everything else comes off, so a build with one graphics card and a single SSD leaves most of the cable set in the box. That is the practical difference between this and a non-modular unit like the HV Pro: less bulk in the basement, less time spent hiding leads you do not need.

Gen5 cable at a Bronze price

The native 12VHPWR cable means a current graphics card connects directly instead of through a multi-headed adapter. At 700W this suits a 70-class card and a mainstream CPU comfortably. It is not the unit for a 5080 or 5090 build, where you want 1000W and Gold or better. Eight SATA connectors and three Molex make it a good fit for a machine that doubles as a media or storage box. Hold-up time is rated at 17ms or more at 80% load.

FEATURES:

Native PCIe Gen 5 12VHPWR connector

Semi-modular flat ribbon cabling

Eight SATA connectors for storage-heavy builds

120mm hydraulic bearing fan

450V 105°C capacitors with +12V single-rail design

SPECIFICATIONS:

Model: HP2-700M, Gen5

Rated output: 700W

Form factor: ATX

Efficiency: 80 PLUS 230V EU Bronze, ≥88% at typical load

Standards: ATX12V V3.0, EPS12V V2.92, PCIe Gen 5

Cabling: semi-modular

Power factor correction: Active PFC ≥0.9

Fan: 120mm hydraulic bearing (HYB)

Dimensions: 150 x 140 x 86mm

Connectors: 1x MB 20+4 pin, 2x CPU 4+4 pin, 1x PCIe 12VHPWR, 2x PCIe 6+2 pin, 8x SATA, 3x Molex, 1x Floppy

Hold-up time: ≥17ms at 80% load

Protections: OCP, OVP, OPP, SCP

Warranty: 5 Year

WHAT'S IN THE BOX:

FSP Hydro M Pro 700W power supply

Modular cable set including 12VHPWR cable

AC power cable

Mounting screws

User manual

Why FSP?

The Hydro M Pro is FSP's semi-modular workhorse, built on its own platform with a hydraulic bearing fan rather than the cheapest sleeve available.
