The stencil suits most Intel LGA 115x, 1200 and 1700 and AMD AM4 and AM5 CPUs. Three wipes clear the old paste first. It's non-conductive, so a little spill on the socket area won't short anything.

Is it worth it over stock paste?

On a high-wattage CPU, a quality paste can shave a few degrees off, which can let fans run slower. On a low-power office chip, the difference is small. Corsair says it resists drying and cracking, so it suits long-term builds. Check the stencil fits your socket; newer Intel LGA 1851 isn't on Corsair's list.

FEATURES:

Proprietary high-performance formula exclusive to Corsair

Non-electrically conductive

Resists drying and cracking

Applicator stencil for an even layer on the cold plate

Three cleaning wipes for removing old paste

SPECIFICATIONS:

Model: CORSAIR XTM70 Extreme Performance Thermal Paste (CT-9010010-WW)

Quantity: 3g

Electrical conductivity: Non-conductive

Colour: Grey

Applicator compatibility: Intel LGA 115x, 1200, 1700; AMD AM4, AM5

Warranty: Corsair limited warranty

WHAT'S IN THE BOX:

3g XTM70 thermal paste

Applicator kit with stencil

3x cleaning wipes

Why Corsair?

Corsair builds CPU coolers and custom-loop parts, so its paste is tested on the same hardware it's sold alongside.
